We will once again be hosting our annual fall Open Enrollment Virtual Benefits Fair. This will allow all US athenistas, regardless of location, the opportunity to obtain information, have questions answered and interact with our health & welfare vendors ahead making your 2025 Benefit Elections in Workday. 2025 Open Enrollment will run from Thursday, November 7, 11 AM EST to 3 PM EST. Through this Virtual Benefits Fair you can:

  • LIVE OPEN ENROLLMENT Webinar hosted by Benefits Team at 11:30 am EST to review the changes
  • Obtain information and check out the On-Demand open enrollment webinar about the current and enhanced health, welfare, and voluntary benefits available to you and your family.
  • Interact with vendors and ask your questions Live via the chat function or have 1:1 Live conversation.
  • Review plan details and materials and add them to your virtual swag bag to save for later.

If you’re unable to visit the fair during the scheduled time frame, don’t worry! The platform will be available on-demand for 30 days after the event is over via: 2025openenrollment.vfairs.com

This is an online event. You do not have to travel to any specific location. You can participate from anywhere that you have Internet access. The event is accessible from desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
Yes, you will need to enter your full name, athenahealth email address, and work location to obtain access to the Virtual Benefits Fair.
No, you do not need to download or install any software to participate. You simply need to have access to the Internet and register for the event in advance.

No, you will need to visit Workday to make your elections by the November 20th deadline. (Note, voluntary Benefit offerings available through Corestream must be elected at the athenahealth Discounts & Perks website.)
